Our Fees
The first step is to prespray the tile and grout with a cleaning solution. We then scrub all of the grout to loosen the dirt. Next, we use a tile wand with 2 spinning jets at 1000 psi and 230 degree water temperature to blast away the dirt. During this process, all debris is siphoned to our van outside. Your tile & grout dries as we work our way out the door. Optionally, you may re-seal the grout which takes about 30 minutes to dry.
We start by prespraying & spot treating your carpet. We then steam clean it using a Hydra Master van mount unit with water temperatures of 230 degrees, and a final rinse solution with deodorizer. Scotchguard is available and applied before raking. Finally, we will rake the carpet so it dries looking new, fresh, & clean. Your carpet will be dry in 1-2 hours.
