"TILE & GROUT CLEANING CAN BE AN INTENSE PROJECT!!!  LEAVE IT TO DR. J'S"

 

When it comes to cleaning tile & grout, I have talked to many people who have tried many crazy techniques and cleaning products, been down on their hands and knees (OUCH!!) scrubbing with every kind of brush and cleaning product available over the counter to no avail. Not even coming close to the results that they set out to achieve.

 2. Do I want all of my grout to be back to the original color?

 3. Do I want to be the one to get down on my hands and knees (OUCH!!) and TRY to get it back to original. OR do I want to call Dr. J to make my tile & grout look like it was just installed?

      Let me explain a little bit about my cleaning techniques. I also use insane cleaning products only available to licensed cleaning companies along with top of the line van mounted equipment as mentioned on the Home Page.

  1. I will pre-spray the floor with the appropriate cleaning agent & take a pole brush and go over the grout lines (Where needed, usually in heavy area's such as the kitchen & bathrooms) to loosen the dirt in order for the cleaning agent to penetrate.

 2. Next I will take my Gecko wand and go around and do all of the edges and hard to get to places (Such as behind toilets and in closets, etc.)

 3. Lastly I will take my SX12 tile wand with 2 jets on the bottom that spin with 800-1000 psi and Temperatures of 230 Degrees and go over every inch of the remaining floor leaving it dry and clean. It will have that just been installed look. PERFECT!!!

      The pictures below are of grout that has been cleaned next to grout that has not yet been cleaned. These pictures do not even do the results justice. When you are up close and personal you will be amazed at the difference!!!
